1:41:00 PM Chairman Murdock Call to Order. Present were Commissioners Murdock, Skinner and Vincent, and Acting Clerk to the Board Mary Miller.
1:41:12 PM Public comment Public comments on matters within the Commission's jurisdiction. Tony Kolnik spoke regarding his attendance at DNRC and DEQ meetings and water issues.
1:46:40 PM Chairman Murdock Announced all contracts on the Consent Agenda except for the following would be placed on the regular agenda for further discussion: 1. Approval of Contract(s): Contract w/Northern Industrial Hygiene, Inc. for Development of Abatement Bid Documents for 3rd District Court Re-Model at L&J-Not to Exceed $1,450 and Great Northern Property Services, L.L.C.

2:11:54 PM Chairman Murdock Consideration of a Resolution of the Gallatin County Commission Granting a Side Yard Setback Variance from the Zoning District #1 Zoning Regulation for Scheiner (Public Hearing Held November 10, 2005)

2:12:23 PM Commissioner Skinner Finding that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimoulsy to adopt Resolution #2006-15, which was a resolution of intention to adopt the Scheiner variance and that was a Gallatin County Commission joint meeting. I would approve Resolution #2005-160, which is a resolution of the Gallatin County Commission approving the Scheiner variance request.

2:16:36 PM Commissioner Vincent Finding that the Bridger Canyon Planning and Zoning Commission has approved the Shaw variance, I move that the County Commission approve Resolution #2006-161, (#2005-161), approving the Shaw variance.
